Assured Care (NW) Ltd is delighted to announce that it has now received confirmation that its registration has been accepted by CQC, the Regulatory Body for all care organisations.
Assured Care is the brain child of MR Brian Caunce and Lisa Humphreys, the former who has a severely mentally disabled wife and the latter who has enjoyed 3 years high profiled hands on experience in both Domiciliary and Residential Care.
The proprietors of Assured Care feel that there is a niche in the market place for care, for a pro-active and innovative organisation to handle the bespoke needs of differing demands presented by those requiring Domiciliary Care. It was felt that too many businesses have been sprouting up where the emphasis is on economic and staff demands rather than the most individual requirements of a Service User.
With this in mind Assured Care aims to become an expert provider of one stop caring, embracing the whole field of service requirements from household chores, shopping, personal care, accompanied visits etc etc. Operating from an impressive office suite in the center of Lord Street the company has an operational receptionist function from 9am - 5 pm and a 24hr telephone service available.
Our care staff will be handpicked and fully trained prior to introduction to the field with the focus being overwhelmingly on the ultimate satisfaction of the Service User.
Unlike other operatives in the immediate area where businesses have appeared to been set up as job agencies we will offer and provide a structured training and development programme for all staff to ensure that they can progress along a career path to suit their individual aspirations.
Brian, co-director, has witnessed firsthand the indifference shown by a number of care staff who have attended to his wife’s needs and for a considerable period has made his concerns known. Having had little if any tangible positive result, he has now decided that with the collective knowledge of himself and his co-director the opportunity exists for a company to evolve and meet exactly the requirements of individual service users and their families.
